Our Philosophy

Millions of non-profits, volunteers, and government initiatives are engaged in solving issues of hunger, clothing, food, medical care, shelter, skill enhancement and education, but there is still so much sorrow and distress in the world which we all witness each day. And that’s where we play a substantial part and fill this big void with our own little efforts.
Every grief and neglect have a story and we hear these stories of sorrow, pain, illiteracy, unemployment, lack of resources and medical needs emerging from everywhere. Where do these stories come from and then quickly fade away, only to be replaced by a newer story; they probably die while seeking attention, only a few manage to survive by some acts of kindness. Every such story needs a hero to rescue them at the right time and transform their life and spread joy.

Our Vision

Our vision is to ensure that we do our bit to free the world of gloom, sorrow, deprivation, pessimism, and pain by inducing small positive moments to bring joy in the world. And we would go to any extent to achieve that, irrespective of geographical boundaries, religion, age, color or need. Our giving would be completely unbiased, non- religious and non-political.

Meet Our Team

Mamta Sehgal, Co-Founder & CEO

Mamta Sehgal is recognized for her roles as a social reformer, philanthropist, educationist in the fashion industry, columnist, blogger, and author of two books: "The Perennial Journey" and "Rooh-e-Rumi".

Mamta Sehgal has over twenty years of experience teaching, administering, mentoring, and partnering at leading academic institutions such as AIMA, NIFT, Wigan & Leigh, and South Delhi Polytechnic. Her academic credentials include a diploma in textile design, a bachelor’s in commerce, and an advanced diploma in fashion design. She has served as Head of Fashion Design Departments and faculty at multiple institutes, showing expertise in design studies, fashion forecasting, and retail management. 

She spearheads Joy Story Foundation, focusing on leveraging her multidisciplinary talents for social entrepreneurship and philanthropy. As CEO and director, she contributes to various causes benefiting marginalized communities, aiming to bring hope and positive change.

Harish Motwani, Co-Founder & Mentor

Harish is a seasoned marketer, entrepreneur, loyalty professional and now a social entrepreneur. He is currently the Founder CEO of Evolve Brands, the leading Loyalty services company in India. His past stints as a sales and marketing professional include GotoCustomer Services, Baazee.com, Zones Inc, Brilliants Computers, and Indian Express Newspapers.

Harish is an avid writer, keen social development enthusiast, a hobby oriented caricature artist and a twice published bestseller author. He possesses a strong consultative approach to problem solving and is an innovation expert for multiple Indian and Fortune 500 brands.

An Industrial Chemistry graduate from Delhi University coupled with management and computing qualifications, he is armed with a knack for networking relationships and strategic innovations and how they can be leveraged to address broader areas of impact.

Sumit Chandna, Co-Founder & Director

Sumit Chandna is one of India’s foremost voices in the field of loyalty program strategy and execution. As the co-author of Some Cutomers Stay Loyal, he brings to life over two decades of frontline experience in designing and scaling some of India’s most successful trade, influencer, and B2B loyalty programs. His work has directly impacted thousands of businesses, millions of customers, and hundreds of crores in channel sales.
Currently serving as the Chief Operating Officer of Evolve Brands Pvt. Ltd., Sumit has led loyalty transformations for leading brands across sectors including FMCG, automotive, consumer durables, building materials, and BFSI. His domain knowledge spans the entire loyalty value chain, from behavioural analytics and fraud detection to tech integration, engagement strategies, and ROI optimisation.

What sets Sumit apart is his ability to simplify complexity. He doesn’t just talk loyalty — he has built loyalty ecosystems from the ground up for brands that operate in some of India's most unstructured and fragmented markets. His book is not theory. It’s a practitioner's playbook — rich with insights, use cases, and real-world lessons that every marketer, trade leader, and loyalty manager needs to read.
