Education Challenge

Living in extremely poor conditions, families of both Kalpana & Rukhsar live with meagre resources and are unable to support their studies and the expense of the laptop which has become a necessity to attend online classes during the pandemic.

How Joy Story extended help

Joy Story came across this cause where a lot of DU students were facing this problem and offered to support with the expense for buying laptops for both these girls.

Impact

Kalpana was under pressure by her parents who wanted her to get married since they could not support her education and Rukhsar, a visually challenged student too was on the verge of discontinuing her studies because of the lack of device, but the support from Joy Story made sure that these two poor but brilliant students continue their education uninterruptedly.
